Neighbour's Roof

Just messing around with my camera the other day, not a lot to say about this kind of shot really... except, perhaps, "I like the blue". Didn't do a lot of post-processing here at all, cropped it a little bit. Those tiles really are quite blue.
Although I'm now in England, this blog will still feature photos from Japan for the foreseeable future.
I apologise in advance if I'm tardy with commenting on your blogs or returning comments during the week... I will get to you though!

You're right, there's not much to say except "great color!" and "wow, they really are blue!" Nonetheless, I just wanted to tell you I like the shot very much.

Very nice, I too, love blue-- but the effect is interesting because it's almost like super-symmetrical waves, or something done as an illustration in photo shop-- I know they are tiles, but they also could be ___.

great shot and angle. The glazed roofs that you see in Asia can be really attractive in the right light. I remember being amazed by the golden-yellow colour of the roofs in Hue, Vietnam. Absolutely beautiful.
