looks like it's in some shopping mall... not too surprising as Japanese people can be pretty interestingly creative! :) red whales! now that's an interesting idea! and you've got an interesting capture of it's eye looking out of the picture and it seems to say, "Hey pal...what are you looking at?!?" :)
