Shotengai, Umeda

Wandering through the shotengai (covered traditional shopping area) near Hankyu Umeda station.

Although I'm now in England, this blog will still feature photos from Japan for the foreseeable future.

It seems stupid to say that it is the graphic quality that i like about this shot with all those signs filling half the frame but it does have that graphic art kind of quality to it which is great especially in b&w!

@Twelvebit: Thank you Twelvebit. That was taken at the Fuji Rock Festival a couple of years ago. Have never posted those photos here, as they were taken before I joined Aminus3, but maybe when I'm forced to raid the archives I might post more...!
