Fleeting AutumnPosted by Daryl Johnson (Farnham, United Kingdom) on 13 December 2007 in Plant & Nature. Took this last sequence of shots about a couple of weeks ago when, as you can see, there was still a fair bit of green on the trees; now the leaves have pretty much all gone. It was a fast (and late) autumn this year. Although I'm now in England, this blog will still feature photos from Japan for the foreseeable future. I apologise in advance if I'm tardy with commenting on your blogs or returning comments during the week... I will get to you though!

Aayawa from Edinburgh, United KingdomTHis is a nice series of pictures but what I noticed was that while the tops are full of interest the picture became less interesting as I scrolled down. I think they caould all benefit from cropping, something I will have to remember next autumn. Hope this helps - well I intend to help 16 Dec 2007 9:06pm @Aayawa: Thanks Aayawa. I think you are looking at the photos on the 'large' setting? I try not to have my pictures at a size that you have to scroll across them! @Brites: Thanks Brites! |
