Other Views of Mount Fuji, Part 3

If you take the shinkansen between Tokyo and Osaka, this is the view you get of Mount Fuji. It is a spectacular volcano, but people often comment on the industrial foreground, which doesn't often feature in most beauty shots!
Although I'm now in England, this blog will still feature photos from Japan for the foreseeable future.
I apologise in advance if I'm tardy with commenting on your blogs or returning comments during the week... I will get to you though!

Nice contrasts!
Some weeks ago I have watched a documentary on TV about the Japanese train system. That was interesting. They also talked about the train going to the national park (?) below Mt. Fuji. All the people were standing at the windows to have a good look at the volcano. Looked funny.

I don't know because it looks attractive here, too. But they started at Shinjuku station (which is, as I have learned, the largest station worldwide - 8O - it looked so, too.).

I have almost the exact same photo which I took from shinkansen as well! Except that it was a cloudy day and half mount Fuji is covered in clouds :( But you did capture it well!
