Great contrast. I like the down part with the cars. You could let only very little or even no sky (this big white spot is very attractive actually). Note that you could present an other picture with the buildings and all the sky without the cars. 2 separate pictures would be better for me.

Nice one. Dig the way the white cars kind of skate in at the bottom, the dark buildings, and the ominous sky.
