Great contrast between the white cars and the black silhouette of buildings, that live only thank to the neon writings. Wonderful shot, amazing details. Wow!

Great contrast. I like the down part with the cars. You could let only very little or even no sky (this big white spot is very attractive actually). Note that you could present an other picture with the buildings and all the sky without the cars. 2 separate pictures would be better for me.
