Digital Guff
Yakitori Alley, Shinjuku

Don't know what this street's real name is. It was lined with small restaurants and bars. Very lively, a bit dingy, good food. Just behind Shinjuku station.
Although I'm now in England, this blog will still feature photos from Japan for the foreseeable future.
I apologise in advance if I'm tardy with commenting on your blogs or returning comments during the week... I will get to you though!

Wonderful shot, it made me think of Blade Runner, i don't know why exactly. But the colours and blacks throw you into the scene like in a movie. And the camera on top right tells you that there someone watching you above all those people. Terrific!

This is such a slice of life!!! Excellent! I remember that I used to go and throw a look, but never ventured inside! The smells coming from the street were so appetising! Oh,my!

Nice atmposphere in that picture of a crowded city where people seem nt to see each other. HAve you seen how the guy with the red cap and the girl are crossing each other without a glance? Is not it a social disease?

Superb shot. Nice balance between color and black at the top 1/2, and lots of vertical geometry in the top 1/2 but people/shapes in the bottom.
