Hiroshima Jyagariko

Posted by Daryl Johnson (Farnham, United Kingdom) on 25 April 2008 in Food & Cuisine.

Another in an occasional series. http://digitalguff.aminus3.com/image/2007-11-20.html
These regional Jyagariko are Hiroshima Okonomiyaki flavour. Okonomiyaki is a kind of thick savoury Japanese pancake.

Although I'm now in England, this blog will still feature photos from Japan for the foreseeable future.

I apologise in advance if I'm tardy with commenting on your blogs or returning comments during the week... I will get to you though!

danthro from Suburbia, United States

cool capture. is this a cartoon character or is it selling fast food?

25 Apr 2008 4:24pm

@danthro: Thanks danthro. It's just a character featured on these snacks only. The potato sticks look a bit like a giraffe's neck, hence the choice of a giraffe character.
