Night at the Station 4

Posted by Daryl Johnson (Farnham, United Kingdom) on 5 June 2008 in Abstract & Conceptual.

Another evening just messing around with my camera, this time while waiting for my train to go...

Although I'm now in England, this blog will still feature photos from Japan for the foreseeable future.

I apologise in advance if I'm tardy with commenting on your blogs or returning comments during the week... I will get to you though!

cool abstract shot! love the tones and composition. especially that hint of blue.

@danthro: Thanks danthro!

akarui from Kagoshima, Japan

Very graphic. Well seen! I would simpify the picture by cropping the bottom (looking the left side the picture starts with a diagonale which is good but I would do the same from the upper one). But this is just a suggestion and you might prefer it as it is...

@akarui: Thanks akarui. Unfortunately I don't want to risk cropping the shot any more; it was already a sever crop to get this, and I think the resolution is already a bit shaky on this version!

Twelvebit from Victoria, United States

Nicely abstract.

@Twelvebit: Cheers Twelvebit!

bluechameleon from Vancouver, Canada

Great composition and detail...strong image!

7 Jun 2008 1:14pm

@bluechameleon: Thanks bluechameleon... I thought I had cropped it too much, losing the detail a bit...
