Yama-chan is an izakaya (Japanese pub / restaurant) chain from Nagoya. They're famous for Nagoya dishes such as tebasaki (chicken wings) and miso kushikatsu (breaded and deep fried pork dipped in miso sauce). Yama-chan's one of my favourite places, but there aren't any branches in Osaka. So I was very excited when they had a stall at a regional food fair held in Osaka during 'Golden Week' last month...

Wow that's a great cityscene outdoor restaurant, no less, LOVE it, sorry I haven't been around much, some tech problems but by next weekend everything should be in tip top shape :)
