Under the Tracks, NakatsuPosted by Daryl Johnson (Farnham, United Kingdom) on 8 July 2008 in Cityscape & Urban. Leaving my neighbourhood behind for a while, this was taken in Nakatsu in Osaka city. I thought it fitted well with the previous couple of shots. Although I'm now in England, this blog will still feature photos from Japan for the foreseeable future. I apologise in advance if I'm tardy with commenting on your blogs or returning comments during the week... I will get to you though!

Chris Chisu from Seattle, United StatesHmmm....Looks like these passages and underpasse are getting darker and darker. 8 Jul 2008 8:18am @Chris Chisu: Thank you Chris! @Cheryl: Yes! Thanks Cheryl. Lorraine from Gatineau, CanadaI like this very much Daryl :) I'd love to see more underground photos :) 8 Jul 2008 1:43pm @Lorraine: Cheers Lorraine! Observing from West Cheshire, United KingdomIt does fit in with the others shots, a bit 'back alley' and semi industrial look. Really get the feel of experiencing the place. Nice shot Daryl. 8 Jul 2008 3:30pm @Observing: Thanks Mike! standley from brou-sur-chantereine, FranceQuite an impressive perspective shot. Great use of the light as always! 8 Jul 2008 8:24pm @standley: Thanks standley! danthro from Suburbia, United Statesit does fit well with the other shots, like the POV, it feels like we're up in some rafters spying, on guard, hiding? 8 Jul 2008 9:18pm @danthro: Cheers danthro! @gbe: Thanks gbe! Twelvebit from Victoria, United StatesI should have gone back one more image before I asked my last question. 10 Jul 2008 4:04pm @Twelvebit: No worries Twelvebit! akarui from Kagoshima, JapanThis is the picture that I prefer in that serie. All the lines are showing the brightest spot of the picture and make a nice perspective composition. 13 Jul 2008 1:12am @akarui: Thank you akarui! |
