I meant to comment on this one some time ago - a wonderful (and wonderfully processed) shot, and I believe I know exactly where this is ... just around the corner from the museum, taken from the overpass, no? This is minutes away from my parents-in-law's apartment building. I love that area.
Thanks, Daryl, you've caused me to revisit the photos from my last trip to Japan two years ago and make me feel excited about going back for a visit when we can afford to. I'll be sure to look you up when that time comes.

@Damon Schreiber: That'd be great Damon! Yes, you've got the location right, the pedestrian bridge over the expressway, heading down to the waterfront from JR Nada station direction. I walked from Oji Koen to the international centre at the waterfront for Japanese class every day for 2 weeks in the summer...
