Strolling through Arashiyama, Kyoto.

Although I'm now in England, this blog will still feature photos from Japan for the foreseeable future.

I apologise in advance if I'm tardy with commenting on your blogs or returning comments during the week... I will get to you though!

Steve Rice from Olympia, United States

A wonderful image. I love how the light is striking the fox.

@Steve Rice: Cheers Steve!

Ignis (Adrien) from Paris, France

That image feels special.
The composition is top notch but the gritty feel of the picture and its washed colours give the picture that extra feeling. I like it !

@Ignis (Adrien): Thanks Ignis!

Twelvebit from Victoria, United States

Neat. Sort of looks abandoned.

@Twelvebit: It does. But this is still a 'functioning' road-side shrine.
