Walking home from university.
I apologise in advance if I'm tardy with commenting on your blogs or returning comments during the week... I will get to you though!
I thought I recognised this type of street! There is something so evocative in Japanese architecture, you just can't see it anywhere else...
It reminds me of the area around Ueno (I think that's how you spell it!).
And great B&W with the high contrast, love it!

Nice BW picture with great contrast. Good composition too with the shadows of the trees and those 2 marks on the street. Do you know the meaning of them?

@akarui: Thanks akarui. You know I have no idea what they mean! I always assumed something to do with a driveway, junction or something...?
How come that YOUR street resembles so much the streets in my neighbourhood?! LOL!Joke aside, I like the contrast you apply to most of your photos! Am curious to know HOW do you manage it?

@Japanalia: Funny that!! Well no great mystery to the contrast Gabrieala; curve adjustments, burning; sharpening... Just messing around with Paint Shop to be honest!
