SPunkt from -, Germany

Fascinating. At first I thought the path to be the stony-thing (i.e. that you have turned the camera). Then I understood. *clever* Still I do see it both ways. So thanks, Daroru, for giving my brain work.

Twelvebit from Victoria, United States

I think your framing has removed the obvious purpose and added a little mystery.

Adiemus from Christchurch, New Zealand

Daryl - it's a great shot, and I love the B&W treatment, just wouldn't have been the same in colour.
I have visited Japan several times, but about 17 years ago when I was a flight attendant with Air New Zealand. I never thought I'd fall in love with the place before I visited, then I did spend some time there and I'd sooo love to be back - stunning people, stunning history and the food and shopping is fabulous!!

@Adiemus: Thanks Bronnie. Yeah, I love it here as well... I'm sure you'd see many changes here now, but lots of familiar sights too...

Japanalia from Yokohama, Japan

Very nice treatment of the stonewall! You gave it a life and some personality, it's no longer just a wall!

@Japanalia: Thank you Gabriela!
