Under the Tracks, Nakatsu 2

Posted by
Daryl Johnson (Worcester Park, United Kingdom) on 9 July 2008 in Cityscape & Urban and Portfolio.

Leaving my neighbourhood behind for a while, this was taken in Nakatsu in Osaka city. I thought it fitted well with the previous few shots.

I apologise in advance if I'm tardy with commenting on your blogs or returning comments during the week... I will get to you though!

I find it a cold, lost place, very realistic, and as such a great image.

neat lines, feels a bit like the ground is tilted or something, makes the image more interesting

Twelvebit from Victoria, United States

How far under the tracks are you? I this like going down into the tunnels in the NY subway system or is this view accessible to typical patrons?

10 Jul 2008 4:03pm

@Twelvebit: Its open-air, I was looking down as I crossed a pedestrian bridge.
