Garden Battle

Posted by
Daryl Johnson (Worcester Park, United Kingdom) on 3 June 2010 in Animal & Insect.

A brief detour from Kokoen garden in Himeji back to the UK - came home early from work yesterday to find this in the garden! The grass snake had swallowed the frog's leg, but the frog was doing his best to escape. As I got closer to investigate, the snake let go, and you'll be pleased to know the frog gave a little squeak, then jumped away into the shade, right as rain.

I apologise in advance if I'm tardy with commenting on your blogs or returning comments during the week... I will get to you though!

I'd move! Don't like the idea of having snakes in my neighbourhood!
