Hever Castle

Posted by
Daryl Johnson (Worcester Park, United Kingdom) on 9 January 2012 in Architecture.

I've got a load of random archive images I've never used, so I think I'm going to have a New Year 'clear out' and go through them - haven't really been out with the camera recently...

This is Hever Castle in Kent, former home of Henry VIII's second wife Anne Boleyn. As you can obviously see from the weather, this was taken during summertime, in 2010.

I apologise in advance if I'm tardy with commenting on your blogs or returning comments during the week... I will get to you though!

Richard Standley from Carquefou, France

This is quite a massive one.
Fine capture!

@Richard Standley: Thanks Richard!

Japanalia from Yokohama, Japan

Still looking good! And surrounded by flower beds....I like the atmosphere! And Henry the 8th' life makes for a very good reading!

@Japanalia: Certainly does, Gabriela.
