Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire

Posted by
Daryl Johnson (Worcester Park, United Kingdom) on 21 July 2012 in Landscape & Rural.

We had a weekend trip to the Cotswolds region of England at the beginning of the month, famous for its picturesque villages and countryside. Bourton-on-the-Water is one of the villages popular with tourists. Shame about the weather though...

I apologise in advance if I'm tardy with commenting on your blogs or returning comments during the week... I will get to you though!

I used to go to Bourton-on-the-Water a lot years ago . . this reinforces my belief it has not changed much !

@Ronnie 2¢: I guess not Ronnie... maybe more tourists?

@Steve Rice: Thanks Steve!

Japanalia from Yokohama, Japan

The place is very picturesque and the rain...well, this is part and parcel of the "British lanscape", so one should not expect something different! Would you prefer the 35 deg.C and humidity of Japan?

@Japanalia: Good point Gabrielle!
