Kani Jyagariko

Posted by
Daryl Johnson (Worcester Park, United Kingdom) on 7 January 2014 in Food & Cuisine.

This version of Jyagariko comes from the Nihonkai (Sea of Japan) coastal area, where crab (kani) is the famous delicacy. The potato sticks come with a very strongly-flavoured crab dipping sauce.

More Jyagariko from around Japan... http://digitalguff.aminus3.com/tag/jyagariko/

I apologise in advance if I'm tardy with commenting on your blogs or returning comments during the week... I will get to you though!
