I apologise in advance if I'm tardy with commenting on your blogs or returning comments during the week... I will get to you though!

Richard Standley from Carquefou, France

Did you buy some Daryl?

@Richard Standley: I certainly did Richard!

Steve Rice from Olympia, United States

Quite the colorful selection. Even the the treats at Starbucks in Japan are much more elegant than here. Here, you get large, sweet baked goods (with some exceptions). I remember fondly the "wet cheesecake" I had at a Starbucks in Tokyo. It was small, elegant, and not so overwhelmingly sweet.

@Steve Rice: I know what you mean Steve - my experience in the UK sounds similar to yours in the US; lots of unappealing, overly-sugary cakes here. I'm not a 'sweets' person, except for when I go back to Japan!

L'Angevine from Angers, France

oh avec son masque sur sa bouche,là je n'ai plus envie de manger

@L'Angevine: Hah! Merci L'Angevine!
